With the reelection of President Obama, the chances that the US will fall off the "fiscal cliff" may be higher than ever. Unlike funding for PBS and government-mandated birth control, this series of federal spending cuts and tax increases will impact every single one of us. But, do people even know what going over the "cliff" entails?
