Can someone say double standard? CNN's John Berman offered to explain what President Obama meant when he admitted Washington could not be changed "from the inside."
Yet Berman later hyped Mitt Romney's remarks on the 47 percent of Americans paying no income taxes as "more than just another gaffe."
