Flashback: Paul Ryan laughs off Obama's criticism of budget

Now that Rep. Paul Ryan was chosen as Mitt Romney's running mate, liberals will be spending plenty of time trying to hit Ryan on his budget proposals- which is nothing new to him.

Back in April, CBS News' Chip Reid interviewed Ryan and asked him about President Obama's criticism of his budget, in which he laughed off and called Obama a "campaigner in chief."
