Mark begins the show by talking about how a federal court has upheld the EPA's climate change regulations which will only further hurt industry, businesses and families. The EPA and this environmental mindset is trying to destroy our way of life - we have faceless, nameless environmentalists at the EPA who are regulating our enterprises. Judicial activism has spiraled out of control when you can have a few federal judges legislate from the bench and change so much of what the nation was built on.
