In the latest in a long train of transformations and usurpations of the US Constitution, a majority of the US Supreme Court late Monday, January 22, ruled that the US Border Patrol (USBP) can cut razor-wire and destroy other barriers that the Texas government has erected in order to prevent illegal immigrants from coming north from Mexico and into the state. It’s an empty decision that likely…

On Wednesday, January 17, the “Division of Trading and Markets” within the Biden Administration’s Constitution-insulting “Securities and Exchange Commission” pulled from “Fast Track” approval its plan to see so-called “Natural Asset Companies/Corporations” (NAC) allowed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). But they have not given up - and, in fact, their move gives them room to let time pass,…

At 92, William Shatner has eclipsed the tired, lost era of plastic Hollywood glitz. He has become grounded with fans as a friend, embarked on globe-crossing travel with punk rock icon Henry Rollins, left Earth’s atmosphere in a real space vehicle, taken positions on political matters that cover such a wide spectrum many people find it hard to “pigeon-hole” his views, written novels and non…

Like the seasons, another phase of politically-focused dinosaur media elitism not only has brought us Rachel Maddow and MSNBC cutting away from Donald Trump’s speech after his record-setting victory in the Iowa Caucuses, and Harvard “gender studies expert” Naomi Oreskes lamenting wider speech parameters on “X,” it is serving-up the simultaneous spectacle of these blowhards implying that their…

The moral and constitutional problems of federal mandates and subsidies for “electric vehicles” and “green tech” schemes are manifest and numerous, but the practical horrors of these centrally-planned, politically-pushed “products” only now are appearing on many “radar screens.” For example, in December, I got to write for MRCTV about the inherent fire risks of EVs. Now, we see this… One of the…

A recently proposed bill in New Hampshire would prohibit illegal aliens who carry out-of-state driver’s licenses from driving on the state's roads – a proposal that might appeal to many legal residents of the “Granite State,” and helps expose a multi-year left-wing strategy to add voters to the Massachusetts rolls. It's also one that easily could be shot down in any Constitution-recognizing…

The increasing heat between state governments and the feds may be reaching a virtual boiling point, as the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Friday added a supplemental filing to the Administration’s days-old request for the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to “reinstate” federal control over the southern Texas border with Mexico. Thomas Stevenson writes for the Post…

After engaging in what many viewed as an embarrassing display of hubris in her attempt last fall to issue “Executive Orders” attacking the right to keep and bear arms and ammunition, New Mexico's Democrat governor backed off the orders - but her hubris seems to remain, as last week she fought for the EO move in the New Mexico Supreme Court and engaged in another bold attack. Michelle Lujan…

If the simultaneous World Health Organization (WHO) schemes to “revise” existing “pandemic rules” while also shaping the so-called “pandemic treaty” which won’t be a treaty, but likely will be adopted, bit by bit, in the U.S., to further attack our rights and break the U.S. Constitution aren’t sufficiently alarming… If the continuing WHO push of abortion were not angering enough… If its members…

The year 2024 is only two weeks old, and already, among the terrible world news, we have been dealt another tragic blow. On Saturday, January 13, beloved lurcher, and lurker hiding behind fake stats and sophistic claims of environmental enlightenment, “Climate Czar” John Kerry announced he is vacating the auspicious post he has been using to save the planet. So many tears, one wonders if…
