Sheriff Clarence Dupnik of Tucson, Arizona, claims that the political atmosphere of this country is causing irrational people to behave irrationally. It turns out that all of the rhetoric that he thinks is destroying the country just happens to reside on the others side of the political aisle from him.
So, let's put it to the test. Is Az as bad as Sheriff Dupnik says it is?
