Motocross Star Robbie Maddison defied nature and chiseled a new entry into extreme sports history when he rode the waves of Tahiti on a dirt bike. Apparently, jet skis aren’t cool enough for him.
Maddison, also known as “Maddo," is a celebrated X Games medalist and holds multiple world records in the sport of Motocross. For two years, Maddison poured his life into designing a custom dirt bike to achieve his “Pipe Dream.”
The bike's wheels appear to have paddle-like protrusions and are surrounded on either side by what seem to be skis. Without delving into the physics involved, you can appreciate how epic this achievement is.
Maddison said this stunt is "not about being the first or being right, It’s about believing in yourself because you know something is possible.”
