In 2014, aspiring country music singer Craig Wayne Boyd won the 7th season of NBC's hit reality show, "The Voice." Boyd, who was part of Blake Shelton's team, had a lot of great performances, but one stands out to us as his most memorable.
In the semi-finals of the season 7, Boyd sang Alan Jackson's rendition of the hymn, "Old Rugged Cross." His version was so well-received it left Judge Gwen Stafani in tears.
We enjoyed it too.
Just the kind of message America needs right now!
