Recently, a pretty shocking poll came out showing that a majority of Americans do not believe that Hillary Clinton is honest and trustworthy.  While her potential Republican opponents are seen as being more honest, most polling shows that Hillary still maintains a lead against every one of them.

But, how could this be?

Are Americans really willing elect a president they don't think is honest?

MRCTV went to the Lincoln Memorial to try to decipher this bizarre political paradox.  Some of the responses we got were pretty priceless.

One of the most interesting things we found was that those who viewed honesty and trustworthiness as being less important qualities in a president were more likely to say they would support an untrustworthy candidate - because they think that all politicians are equally dishonest.  Conversely, those who put a high value on honesty in the White House were far less warm to a president who isn't forthright.
