VIDEO: Go-Pro Camera Captures Thundersnow Phenomenon in Buffalo

Ever wonder how thunderstorms and snow mix together?  Thanks to one man's Go-Pro camera, now we know!

Upstate New York's snowstorm of epic proportions this week brought up to 88 inches of snow in some areas last week, and its provided some pretty awe-striking photos and videos despite the reported delays and conditions.

In case you're wondering what thundersnow is, it's a rare combination of thunder, snow and lightning that lights up the sky.

Earlier this week, a drone camera collected footage of a house caught right in the middle of Buffalo's storm and got quite a bit of snow.

This isn't the first time thundersnow has happened, either.  Just two weeks ago, Mentor, Ohio had its own thundersnow experience.

Now take a look at that!
