At the Democratic National Committees' annual Winter Meeting, MRCTV spoke to some DNC members to try and figure out why President Obama refuses to refer to our terrorist enemies as "radical Islamists" or "Islamic Terrorists."

Most of them found this to be a very difficult question to answer.

Like Obama, their descriptions of ISIS tended to be fairly wordy and nuanced:

"This is a fanatical religious group who are Islamic, but I would not say that this is Islamic terror."

"I would call it radical terrorism from people also who happen to be Islamic."

"It is terrorism that comes out of the Islamic culture."

Though, one DNC attendee's explanation of why Obama won't say "radical Islam" was short and blunt:

"Because he’s the president."
