Hunter Biden, 44, the son of Vice President Joe Biden, was discharged from the Navy Reserve in February of 2014. It is reported that Biden tested positive for drug use, specifically cocaine, and subsequently was discharged from the military.

Hunter Biden Kick Out Of The Navy For Cocaine Use

Hunter Biden says that he is “embarrassed” for his actions but he respects the Navy’s decision to discharge him. Biden enlisted in the military late in life. In 2013, he was commissioned in the Navy Reserve as an ensign. He reported to his unit at Navy Public Affairs Support Element East in Norfolk, Va. in 2013 where he tested positive for drug use.
