The U.S. Navy has new toy to help keep the United States safe. It is an underwater robot which is shaped like a tuna. This program is called Project Nemo or GhostSwimmer.
This robot is designed to go into places that are either too dangerous for humans to go or just simply cannot go. This bot can explore and map out shallow waters to ensure that it is safe for larger vessels to use. Project Nemo’s silent movement and surveillance capabilities make it perfect for covert operations.
