Gay-themed - or perhaps it’s more accurate to say gay-obsessed - sitcom ‘Will & Grace’ has been revived by NBC.  The show has just released a new trailer.

“Will & Grace,” about the relationship between best friends Will Truman (Eric McCormack), a gay lawyer, and Grace Adler (Debra Messing), a straight interior designer, ran for eight seasons on NBC from September 21, 1998 to May 18, 2006.

The show gained renewed interest last September, when it released a short election themed video that was basically a string of very broad anti-Trump jokes:

At an announcement of the new series in New York, star Eric McCormack, 54, said the following: “When we did the show, we had 9/11, we had the Iraq war, there was a Republican government for six of those eight years. We didn’t address it, we didn’t do an AIDS episode. We were an escape, we were an antidote to all of that. So if there’s anything we need, especially this week, it’s an antidote.”

That seems to imply that the new “Will & Grace” will not hammer conservatives. Sure. And an episode will feature Barney Frank successfully undergoing conversion therapy.
