After refusing to say whether he’d accept the election outcome even in Hillary Clinton winds, Republican nominee Donald Trump claimed during Wednesday’s presidential debate that he believes the election has been “rigged” simply because Clinton is running at all.

“She shouldn’t be allowed to run,” he said. “She’s guilty of a very, very serious crime. She should not be allowed to run. And just in that respect I say it’s rigged.”

"She should never have been allowed to run for the presidency based on what she did with emails and so many other things,” he added, referencing Clinton's email scandal during her time at the State Department.

Trump has recently gotten press for claiming the election is "rigged," citing voter fraud, media bias and now by alleging Clinton is ineligible to run.
