The Time Rand Paul Literally 'Shushed' a Reporter

Brad Fox | February 4, 2015

Sen. Rand Paul doesn't want to get misconstrued this time by the media. In an interview with Kelly Evans of MSNBC on February 2, he resorted to his verbal and non-verbal communication skills to make his points.

They began to discuss the issue of forcing parents to get vaccines, which Rand clearly lays out his opinion on.

When changing the subject to his tax holiday proposal, Rand did not like how Ms. Evans set up the question by claiming that "most of the research on this indicates these cost more in the long term than they save. . . "

Mr. Paul obviously doesn't like it when news anchors try to teach him about economics (In his teenage years, Paul thoroughly studied the Austrian Economists).

It starts with a yawn at 2:38 and leads to a "Shush" shorty after.
