The cast of “Saturday Night Live” took multiple potshots at presidential candidate Donald Trump in the opening skit of their season premiere.

Comics Taran Killam and Cecily Strong played “the Donald” and his wife Melania in a parody that tackled everything from his comments on immigration to his feud with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly. Not even his boisterous campaign strategy was safe from ridicule.

Strong: You know, Donald is so smart. He’s so good with the media. He knows that if he says the craziest things, he will go up in the poll numbers.

Killam: Come on, Melania, that’s just not true. I don’t say outrageous things just for poll numbers, I speak from my heart.

Strong: Really? Okay, because I hear your numbers went down a little this week.

Killam: Mexicans are stealing our children.

Strong: You see? He doesn’t even need to think about it. He’s a genius.
