In case you've been living under a rock for the past 24-48 hours, Obamacare's tanking faster than the Titanic, and taking a lot more people down with it. Premiums for the federal exchanges' mid-level health insurance plan are set to rise by an average of 25 percent across the 39 participating states next year. In Arizona, premiums go up by as much as 116 percent.
