The "Duck Dynasty star drew a laugh from the audience at Alliance Defending Freedom's "I Stand Sunday" when he joked about how some women need their privacy when they are taking a leak.
His remarks at the event came after Houston pastors rallied against the city's subpoenas against them due to Houston's non-discrimination ordinance.
Houston's mayor has decided to withdraw the subpoenas of pastors' sermons, even though the ordinance is still in place, as a result of the pastors' efforts to sue the City of Houston:
"After much contemplation and discussion, I am directing the city legal department to withdraw the subpoenas issued to the five Houston pastors who delivered the petitions, the anti-HERO petitions, to the city of Houston and who indicated that they were responsible for the overall petition effort," said Mayor Parker.
