Police officers in Warren, Ohio arrived at a local shopping plaza after receiving reports of two males running around in the parking lot and taking off their clothes.
When the police got there, they said they found 32-year-old Timothy Cook “acting like a gorilla." He was allegedly “squatting on all fours, punching the blacktop, jumping up and down screaming non-coherently and growling.”
According the police report, Cook allegedly entered a local License Bureau without his clothes on and began waving his arms around. He then exited the building and began masturbating on a nearby sidewalk.
Police reached the conclusion that drugs might be involved.

According to police, once Cook was apprehended, an ambulance arrived and treated Cook for an apparent overdose. He was then taken to a nearby hospital.
Cook and the other naked guy were later charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
