Josh Lewis is a hero to all couch-bound pizza lovers. Josh is a college student from Michigan who works as a delivery man for Spinelli’s Pizzeria in Louisville, Kentucky. He was tasked with bringing a couple pies to the Norton Hospital emergency room a little before 3am. Deliveries are normally as simple as arriving, performing a transaction, and leaving. Josh’s night wouldn’t be that simple this time.

When he left his Jeep he was viciously stabbed in the back, collapsing one of his lungs, and robbed of both his money and his vehicle. Josh, adamant in his belly-filling duties, walked into the ER and made his delivery before collapsing to the floor. That’s some dedication.

Josh was rushed to the University of Louisville hospital where he is in stable condition. His regional manager, Willow Rouben, says that Josh is both a sweet and amazing kid.

All the pizza fanatics of the world salute you, Josh! May your vehicle be returned to you shortly and to your attacker - may he face swift justice!
