This just in!

According to NFL Media Insider, Ian Rapoport, per Twitter, “The US Appeals Court reinstated #Patriots QB Tom Brady's deflategate suspension, per @CNBCnow.”

What does this mean? Well for one thing, it pretty much means nonstop coverage of the “Brady Vs Goodell Saga." It means that Brady will be suspended for four games. It means that Goodell has been found to be well within his power to offer such a punishment for Brady’s alleged crime of deflating footballs.

It doesn't however, mean that Brady was found guilty. But it does mean that Brady really has only two options.

He could seek another injunction, which means he will go back to the Second Court of Appeals. This option will allow him to play this year until his case is heard, similar to what happened last season.

Or, he can take his case to the Supreme Court. Brady has always had aspirations of going into politics. Now is his chance. If he does decide to take it to the Supreme Court, then it will prolong his suspension. In this case, Brady could petition the court for a "stay," meaning he'll still be able to play while his case is being heard. Either way there is a really good chance that Brady will play this coming season.

The only way Brady develops a bigger relationship with the bench is if he decides to take this to the Supreme Court and they decline to take it. At that point, it looks like it will be Jimmy G time. I want to see if Jimmy Garopallo can be the next face of the Patriots.

Check out what ESPN's First Take, Skip Bayless had to say about the news. As a Pats fan, I'd have to agree.
