Every once in a while, someone on MSNBC gets something right. It's rare, but it happened in this case when Joe Scarborough absolutely ripped President Obama a new one for drawing a moral equivalence between, ISIS and the Crusades that occurred 800 years ago.
Even Scarborough's liberal co-host Mika Brzezinski had trouble disagreeing.(Although it was obvious that she wanted to defend her beloved President Obama.)
“The president having to go back 700, 800, 900 years! You see this when you have people that somehow want to paint a broad brush: ‘Yes, radical Islam is bad but look what Christianity does.’ Really, you have to go back 800 years to a crusade — which, by the way, most historians say Christians launched in response to years and years of Muslims taking over their former land?”
