Earlier today, GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump claimed he would be live tweeting the Democratic presidential debate tonight on CNN, even though he claimed it will likely be "very boring."
"At the request of many, and even though I expect it to be a very boring two hours, I will be covering the Democrat Debate live on twitter!" wrote Trump at 5:43 am this morning.
What Trump probably didn't expect, was a sarcastic response from Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
At 12:42 pm this afternoon, Hillary Clinton responded directly to Trump on Twitter with "Glad you'll be watching. It's going to be 'huge'"
Clinton's emphasis on the word "huge" was seemingly a tongue in cheek zing at Trump's frequent usage of the adjective.
Clinton attended Trump's 2005 wedding to his current wife Melania, and received donations from the real estate mogul in the past. Despite this, Clinton and Trump have exchanged barbs throughout the 2016 campaign cycle.
