Gruber Visited White House 21 Times

Far from just being “some adviser” as President Obama described him, White House logs show that Jonathan Gruber visited the White House on 21 separate occasions and met with Obama at least once, in the West Wing.

As first reported in the Wall Street Journal, Gruber was a frequent visitor to the White House and met to discuss Obamacare with high ranking members of the White House team, including  Office of Management and Budget Director Peter Orszag, National Economic Council Director Larry Summers, Jeanne Lambrew, the deputy director of the White House Office of Health Reform, Jason Furman, who now chairs the Council of Economic Advisers, and Nancy-Ann DeParle, the White House's point person on ObamaCare’s implementation.

He also attended at least one meeting with President Obama and in a meeting with a group of economists.

This revelation flies in the face of comments made by former White House adviser and Obamacare point-man, Ezekiel Emanuel who said “The notion he was somehow on the inside is just false.”

Now, we learn that Gruber was very literally “on the inside” and he was there multiple times.

Additionally, it has been discovered that Gruber starred in a campaign ad blasting Mitt Romney for his opposition to Obamacare, during the 2012 election cycle. The ad itself was produced by Obama’s so-called “Truth Team.”
