Deported Man's Wife Tells CNN: 'I Can't Be Mad at Trump for Doing His Job'

Well that didn’t go how the Corrupt News Network (CNN) wanted it to go.

Cindy Garcia joined CNN’s Brooke Baldwin to talk about her husband’s deportation after he had lived in the U.S. illegally for 30 years. And true to form, Baldwin clearly wanted to paint President Donald Trump and his administration as monsters who enjoy tearing up families. That shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.

But what Garcia told Baldwin was a surprise -- at least to viewers.

Baldwin apparently somewhat knew of Garcia’s opinion on the matter of her husband’s deportation, but CNN went ahead with the interview — to their credit — and egg had to be washed from their faces.

Here’s video of the interview:

“I am not upset at our government due to the fact that I am a U.S. citizen and that our laws come first," Garcia told Baldwin. "Our laws are just broken and need to be fixed, but I can't be mad at Trump for doing his job, because that is his job to protect us, as U.S. citizens, from criminals.”

Garcia seems to be one of the more level-headed, rational thinking people to grace a CNN program in the last few years — before the network went completely insane.

Sometimes narratives need to be shattered in order to come up with a substantive, productive dialogue.
