Kentucky Democratic State Senator Mike Reynolds has been caught on tape calling his constituents 'rednecks' while speaking to a Western Kentucky University class. "Excuse my French, but my redneck constituency out here, you know, in far out in Kentucky doesn't like that very much", Reynolds said in reference to health care for illegal immigrants.
