Dashboard cameras are capturing anything these days. This one camera is capturing footage in the middle of a highway late at night without any lights or hazards and both lanes blocked off.
In the video, the driver comes across a car pulled over on the highway with two traffic cones sitting right beside it.
All of a sudden, the driver shouts an expletive as he pulls over.
There's a man walking by the side of his car, but the driver pulls away as he comes up to the car.
