With the passage of another typical Washington debt deal that decreases the rate of increase in spending instead of, you know, actually cutting spending the folks over at Bankrupting American teamed up with the guy from the honey badger video to make this hilarious parody:

Watching Congress surely makes us question whether the honey badger is the most fearless animal or if it's actually a congress critter protecting its pork. I mean after all the grandstanding and screaming we ended up with a bunch of cuts to future increases in spending. Now that may be the best we can hope for out of this congress but it certainly tells you something about the way a politician in DC guards their slice of the tax payers' stash.

I'm not sure what would happen if a honey badger tried to steal away a prized wasteful spending program from a congress critter but we have already seen what happens when congress dukes it out with sanity. And it isn't pretty...
