The website Conservative Review has named one of America's most influential talk radio personalities, Mark Levin, as the online publication's new editor-in chief.

Conservative Review announced the move on Tuesday, when it also revealed that well-known conservatives Dan Bongiono and Amanda Carpenter will be joining Levin as exclusive contributors.

"As editor-in-chief, Levin will continue CR’s unique perspective, combining the popular Liberty Score with bold conservative analysis of the hottest topics in politics today. In true Levin fashion, he will lead a Conservative Review team that cuts through the rhetoric and spin and provides insightful analysis."

Levin is a perfect fit for the site which has strived for years to keep the Republican Party true to conservative principles. In a statement, Levin praised the website, citing its influence in serving as a barometer used to determine whether elected Republicans are working for the American people or for the Washington establishment.

“I have admired Conservative Review as a leading voice in the world of political thought and a crucial foil to the tired and timid ideas of the establishment.  Never before has a website like Conservative Review existed, combining the persuasion of the pen with the accountability of the knife. I am proud to join and lead this historic and important publication. To echo Reagan, 'I have seen the conservative future and it works.'"

Mark Levin served in the Reagan Administration and has authored six New York Times Bestsellers, including his most recent, Plunder and Deceit.
