During the Univision-CNN Democratic presidential debate in Miami Wednesday night, Hillary Clinton was asked twice by moderator Jorge Ramos whether she would drop out of the race if indicted over her private email server and mishandling of classified information.

First, the former secretary of state ignored the question. Then, when Ramos pressed her again, Clinton told the audience at Miami Dade College rather confidently, “It’s not going to happen.”

“I’m not even going to answer that question,” she added.

Clinton repeated her claim that nothing sent or received via her personal email was marked classified.

She also said she is “not concerned” about the FBI and State Department investigations underway, and that “no Democrat or American should be either.”

Watch her response below.
