Charles Barkley could be heard blasting “rednecks” and "a**holes" for the demise of Bud Light in a Colorado bar last weekend, pointedly telling anyone who has a problem with men dressed as women, “F*** you.”
The former basketball star was in the Lake Tahoe area participating in the American Century golf championship, where his performance sucked nearly as bad as his political ideology. Unfortunately, the embarrassment of placing 81st in a tournament that only included 93 golfers didn't stop him from spewing stupidity all over anyone who'd listen. While hanging out in a local pub over the weekend, Barkley was caught on cell phone footage offering to buy customers a beer – Bud Light, specifically.
"I want y’all to drink this f---ing beer. I want y’all to drink this f---ing beer," he could be heard ranting in video posted on TikTok Friday night. "I got three cases of Bud Light. Hey, and I want to say this.… If you’re gay, bless you. If you’re transgender, bless you. If you have a problem with that, f--- you!"

But lest you chalk that one up to drunken shenanigans by a dude who thinks he can get away with acting a fool, a similar scene was also filmed Saturday night, when Barkley again took to the bar’s stage to ramble about “rednecks and a**holes” who’re boycotting the beer brand.
"I’m gonna buy some drinks for y’all. And I’m gonna buy Bud Light. And I’m gonna tell y’all something: All you rednecks or a--holes who don’t want to drink Bud Light, f--- y’all. Hey, y’all can’t cancel me," Barkley said in the video.

Bud Light sales have plummeted about 30% in the months following their disastrous marketing campaign with tans TikToker Dylan Mulvaney, a biological man who staked his claim to fame by dressing like a little girl.
And perhaps my Magic 8-ball is off, but I’m thinking calling a bunch of blue-collar beer drinkers “rednecks” and “a**holes” is unlikely to be the winning argument for putting Bud Light back in its customers’ good graces. Looks like this one's a dub - kinda like the rest of Barkley's game.
