The CEO of Silent Partner Marketing discussed his new “Snowflake Test” used to weed through employment applications on Fox & Friends Wednesday.

Kyle Reyes told Fox his company “needed people who weren’t snowflakes” so they developed a series of questions for job applicants.

Among the questions:

  • What does America mean to you?
  • What does “privilege” mean to you?
  • When was the last time you cried and why?
  • How do you feel about the police?
  • How do you feel about guns?

“I want to know how people are able to make an opinion and stand by that,” Reyes said.

Reyes was asked what type of answer would disqualify someone from obtaining a position.

“An answer where you don't know the difference between there, their and they're, from a spelling purpose - and someone who is not proud to be an American,” Reyes replied.

“I'm looking for people who are not entitled. Who don’t have this sense that they should just be handed things but people who have that entrepreneurial mindset. Who are willing to think outside the box and willing to work for everything that they have.”
