The climate cult has long pointed to cows - and their farts, specifically - for being a major contributor to the so-called “climate change” that’s bringing out the Earth’s inevitable demise, and which even President Joe Biden has repeatedly called the “ultimate threat to humanity (when he’s not blaming “white supremacy,” of course). Cow flatulence is such an immediate threat, in fact, that New Zealand is readying a methane tax on already overburdened farmers, set to go into effect in 2025, while Ireland’s government has proposed killing thousands of cows to reduce the number of bovine farts in their country.

So we can only hope they don’t have the same reaction when they find out who else’s farts might be heating up the planet.

Climate “experts” now say breathing - breathing - is bad for the environment, and is contributing to the rapidly accelerating death of the Earth and the fiery doom that’ll surely kill us all.

According to the study, which someone in the United Kingdom actually took time and resources to conduct, if you can believe it, methane and nitrous oxide in the breath humans exhale contributes up to 0.1 percent of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions. If you account for burps and flatulence, that number is even higher.

The Daily Mail reports:

The new study was led by Dr Nicholas Cowan, an atmospheric physicist at the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology in Edinburgh.

'Exhaled human breath can contain small, elevated concentrations of methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), both of which contribute to global warming,' Dr Cowan and colleagues say.

According to the study, while the CO2 released in a person’s breath is used by plants during photosynthesis and would therefore not contribute to global warming, the methane and nitrous oxide present in human exhalations aren’t utilized by plants, and therefore just hovers in the air slowly roasting the Earth, or something.

Cowan and his team added that they “would urge caution in the assumption that emissions from humans are negligible.”

At this point, just let the apocalypse take us already. This has gotten beyond painfully stupid.
