Right. So conservatives are like barbarian hordes bursting through the gates of Rome to take the government by force. However, the masses of people who are literally smashing their way through capital door throughout the country in order to forcibly promote their political agenda are totally cool.
Also, if Joe's point here is that conservatives are trying to destroy the country then the fact that he is speaking to the AFL-CIO make this one of the most ironic things he's ever said.
UPDATE: If you go and listen to the full clip over at Fox Nation at the 23 second mark Biden seems to refer to Bush era Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao, who is also Mitch McConnell's wife, and others as fascists. He says they are supposed to be wearing stripped shirts, like a referee, but instead are wearing "black shirts" and breaking the rules. Not sure what else a black shirt is other than a fascist...
