A judge has denied an emergency motion that polls in Maricopa County, Arizona be extended until 10 p.m. MST
The Republican National Committee had joined GOP Arizona state candidates in a lawsuit Tuesday demanding that voting hours in Maricopa County be extended in light of voting delays and voting machine issues.
The RNC is joining a Republican coalition to file an emergency motion to extend poll hours in Maricopa County because voting machines in over 25% of voting locations have experienced significant issues. (1/3)

Some locations had long lines after issues with the tabulation machines.
The opposite is happening at polls in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, which encompasses the city of Wilkes-Barre. Polling places there will stay open until 10 p.m. ET tonight, per an order from county judge.
Attorneys petitioning for the extension of time cited a paper shortage at polling locations that required the use of emergency and provisional ballots, resulting in delays.
