Mark talks about the reasoning behind Chief Justice Robert's decision to support Obamacare and the possible political means behind it. Roberts initially sided with the conservatives and then changed his mind and even in the other Justice's dissents they expressed that they were not happy with what Roberts did. A Justice is supposed to defend the American people and the Constitution against authoritarianism, not want to be liked and appear personable.
