Pilot Files Lawsuit Over TSA Body Scanners
Wednesday, November 17, 2010 - 11:55am
Amid backlash by some over security measures within airports, a Tennessee pilot is adding to the outcry.
Michael Roberts, a pilot with ExpressJet Airlines, is now filing a lawsuit over TSA body scanners. Roberts says they're challenging the Constitutionality of the new policies under the Fourth Amendment, which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Roberts states within the video, "It's not reasonable when you walk into the airport, just because you want to go fly on an airplane that they should strip search you or physically put their hands on your crotch and feel your body from top to bottom."
