AFL-CIO President: ‘The Work That We Did Held The Senate’

Richard Trumka, President of the AFL-CIO, released a message after the elections for supporters saying the work that they did held the Senate. He reassured them that they were the "firewall" in Nevada, West Virginia, and California- and they did this all being "up against secret cash." President Obama even called after the elections and thanked them for all that they do, as stated by Trumka.
