    Our favorite constitution disregarding congressman is back again. Guess what hes doing now? Yup, disregarding the constitution.

Well I guess, to be fair, he is disregarding and disparaging his constituent's concerns that the Obamacare mandate is unconstitutional. So maybe that's different.
