FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell addressed conservative bloggers during a briefing at the Heritage Foundation recently.  McDowell discussed the issue of net neutrality to the blogger group.  In an exclusive follow up interview, McDowell told Media Research Center's  Eyeblast.tv and the Business & Media Institute the net neutrality issue could very well be used in conjunction with reviving the so-called "Fairness Doctrine."  In fact, the FCC commissioner, appointed by President Bush in 2006, explained how such a tactic may be used to control content on the Internet.  The video interview with Commissioner McDowell is exclusively on eyeblast.tv.
